We are confident in the method because it is built around exactly what the exam scores. This guarantee puts that confidence in writing. It is not a refund of your time; it is our commitment to stay with you until you pass, as long as you have genuinely done the work.
How it works
The guarantee applies when all three of these are true:

You sat the real exam and did not pass
Send a scan of your official Sproochentest result from the INLL showing a fail. We need the real document, not a screenshot of a practice score.

You completed at least 10 full mock exams
The mocks are how the method works. Ten finished mocks show you used the product as intended and gave yourself a real chance at the format.

You finished the practice programme
Work through your plan before your sitting: the topic drills, the picture practice, and the listening. Preparation is the part you bring.
What you get
If you meet all three conditions and do not pass, you keep full access to everything (mocks, topics, pictures, listening, and the Playbook) at no extra cost, until you sit the Sproochentest again and pass. No new payment, and no time limit on the guarantee while you keep preparing.
The 14-day money-back, separately
The pass guarantee is about the long run. Before that, the first two weeks are simply risk-free: if the product is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions about your scores. The two are independent.
How to claim
Email contact@letzpass.com with a scan of your INLL result. We confirm your finished mocks and practice on our side and extend your access. We aim to reply within a few working days.
