Common questions

How do I reset my password?

Go to the sign-in screen and tap "Forgot password." You will receive a reset link by email within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us and we will reset it manually.

How do I cancel my plan?

There is nothing to cancel. Every LëtzPass plan is a one-time payment. No subscription, no auto-renewal. When your access window ends (30, 90, or 180 days), it simply expires.

Where is my receipt?

Stripe sends a receipt to your account email the moment your payment is processed. If you cannot find it, search your inbox for "Stripe" or "LëtzPass," and check spam. We can resend it on request.

Do I get mobile access if I paid on the web?

Yes. One account works on web, iOS, and Android. Same plan, same progress. Sign in with the same email you used to pay and your access carries across devices.
