Terms of Service

Last updated: April 7, 2026

1. Agreement

LëtzPass is operated by UnchartedEdge LLC, a U.S. limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (EIN 37-2179798). By accessing or using LëtzPass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years of age to use LëtzPass, in accordance with applicable data protection law (the GDPR for users in the European Union).

2. Service Description

LëtzPass is a practice tool for the Luxembourgish Sproochentest. You can record spoken answers to practice questions, receive automated transcription, scoring, and feedback, and track your progress over time. The service is designed to supplement your exam preparation.

3. Not an Official Exam

This is an independent practice tool. LëtzPass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Institut National des Langues (INL) or the Luxembourg Government. Practice scores are estimates and do not guarantee exam results.

4. Pricing and Access

LëtzPass offers a free mock exam and several paid access plans of different durations, plus a standalone Playbook eBook. Current pricing, plan durations, and what each plan includes are listed on the pricing section of letzpass.com and on the Stripe checkout page at the time of purchase. All prices are shown in euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

All paid plans are one-time payments. There is no automatic renewal. When your access period expires, your account data and progress history are retained, but you will not be able to start new practice sessions until you purchase again. See Section 5 below for our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with LëtzPass for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting contact@letzpass.com.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Upon refund, your plan reverts to the free tier immediately. Your practice history is retained.
  • To request a refund, email contact@letzpass.com with your account email and purchase date.

6. Guest Access

You may use LëtzPass as a guest without creating an account. Guest session data is stored locally in your browser. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, guest progress cannot be recovered. We recommend creating an account to preserve your data.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Use the service for personal exam preparation only.
  • Do not share your account credentials with others.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the automated scoring system.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service.
  • Do not submit offensive, abusive, or illegal content through the service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in LëtzPass — including questions, model answers, UI design, and scoring algorithms — is owned by UnchartedEdge LLC and protected by copyright. You retain all rights to your own audio recordings. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Automated Feedback

Scoring and feedback are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Automated feedback is intended to supplement your preparation, not replace it. Scores are estimates of your performance and should not be taken as a prediction of official exam results.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep LëtzPass available at all times, but we provide the service on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt access. There is no guaranteed uptime or service level agreement (SLA). We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee exam success. In no event shall UnchartedEdge LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current access period.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (including, where applicable, the GDPR and the EU Consumer Rights Directive), and nothing in these terms removes those rights. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except that EU consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by law.
